Heronswood is a lovely old property in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula.
This main building was designed in 1866 in the Gothic Revival style.
The stone was quarried from nearby Arthurs Seat.
The property is a tourist attraction both for the scenic buildings and the extensive organic vegetable gardens.
NOTE: The vegies are served fresh in the atmospheric restaurant on the property
and seedlings are available for sale too.
